These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TavolaWest.com (the "Site"), operated by M.S.J. & K Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About this site
The Site is an independent, homeowner-created community information and marketing resource. It is not the official website of the Tavola West HOA, the Tavola West Community Association, Inframark, or any HOA management company. Information is provided as a convenience and may not always be complete or current.
Pool Access and other submissions
The Site offers a convenient way to submit a Pool Access request, but it is not the only way — you may also submit directly through the Inframark portal. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee approval; requests are subject to review and verification by the community association and/or its management company.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass others or submit false information.
Marketing communications
By submitting certain forms, you may receive community and marketing communications. You can opt out at any time through the Contact page or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and materials are owned by M.S.J. & K Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as needed to use the Site normally.
